Individual Therapy
If you would like to pay for your sessions yourself, an initial appointment and set up fee is $175 for a 50 minute session. The fee for individual sessions after your first session is $130 for 50 minutes.
I accept Medicare and can work with Medicare Advantage Plans. If you have another insurance provider I am happy to help you submit documentation for out-of-network payment.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is an option that may be available. Please speak to Denise about this great option and the fees incurred.
Payment
Payments may be arranged via the client portal once services have been initiated. Same day cancellations will be billed for the price of a session.
